Takamul Health Association participates in the International Day of Radiology at King Saud University for Health Sciences

Takamul Health Society participated in the International Day for the Medical Radiology Profession, which aims to revive and raise awareness of the role of radiology in health care, as radiology plays a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating diseases, in addition to spreading awareness of the need to reduce the level of radiation resulting from the process of diagnosis and medical treatment to the lowest possible level to reduce from the resulting damages, thus improving the level of health care provided to patients.

On this occasion, the president of the association, Dr. Ali Al-Shamrani, that the association’s participation as an official sponsor of the International Day of Radiology at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in the National Guard, out of its belief in the importance of this event by educating the community about the importance of radiology and correcting some concepts about radiology, its benefits and dangers, as well as viewing a number of techniques used in radiology such as magnetic resonance Nuclear medicine, radiation prevention, CT scans, radiotherapy and ultrasound.

In conclusion, Al-Shamrani expressed his thanks and appreciation to the officials of King Saud University of Health Sciences at the National Guard for the facilities provided to the Society in spreading awareness and educating the community through participation in the International Day of Radiology.
