He explained that the Heart Center at King Fahd Hospital in Al-Baha is among 12 specialized centers and units included in the Al-Baha Health Department, which it seeks to develop as part of its most important strategic plans to reduce waiting lists and referrals outside the region for patients who suffer from these specialties.
Dr. Al-Shahrani also praised the support of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God protect him, in developing and raising the level of health service in the region, noting the follow-up and keenness of the Governor of Al-Baha region, His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Hossam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, and the support of the Ministry of Health and its follow-up to the developmental plans for health in the region, led by the Minister of Health Fahd Bin Abdul Rahman Al-Jalajil.
